Dapr is a Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF)-graduated project already running in production at thousands of companies. Installing Dapr is the easy part; however, operational management across clusters takes ongoing visibility, expertise and monitoring. Most teams have historically covered this with scripts, hand-built Grafana boards and whatever time platform engineers could spare. Inspecting and acting on the hundreds of Dapr runtime metrics such as latency, error rates and API usage takes extensive expertise. Inside Dapr Ops Dashboard
Diagrid's Dapr Ops Dashboard, formerly known as Conductor, is a SaaS control plane for Dapr on Kubernetes, where a lightweight agent in the cluster talks outbound to Diagrid Cloud. From one console or CLI, teams install, upgrade, observe and operate the Dapr control plane across clusters, on any Kubernetes distribution, without changing application code. Key capabilities include:
Control-plane management: Install Dapr and its control plane, or attach to an existing install, then upgrade, downgrade, patch and sync control-plane configuration from the console or CLI. Upgrades can be scheduled, and failed updates can roll back with full transactional guarantees, never leaving the cluster in an unknown state. New Dapr versions are typically available within 24 hours of public release.
Zero-downtime mTLS certificate rotation: Dapr service-to-service traffic uses mutual TLS, rotating certificates on a schedule and rolling the control plane and workloads so certificates don't expire in production.
Advisor: Continuously checks the cluster against 50-plus production best practices for security, reliability, observability and performance, flagging misconfigurations by severity.
Observability: More than 150 Dapr metrics, 20-plus built-in graphs, real-time alerts, and diagnostics.
Apps graph: Live topology of Dapr apps and infrastructure, including service invocation and pub/sub dependencies, with health and drill-down into a service or component.
