Oracle today announced the launch of new role-based AI agents embedded within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically targeting customer experience (CX) processes in marketing, sales, and service. Built with Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, these prebuilt agents run natively on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure at no additional cost, leveraging unified data to automate workflows, provide predictive insights, and enable proactive customer interactions that drive revenue growth and productivity.

Buying Group Agent creates targeted segments and identifies high-potential accounts. Customer Insights Agent grounds engagements in real signals like billing status and service history.
