ReSource Pro, a leading strategic technology and operations partner for the insurance industry, today announced the acquisition and integration of the technology, intellectual property, and core team from Flow Specialty, an AI-focused wholesale insurance brokerage. Flow Specialty co-founder and CEO Sivan Iram will join ReSource Pro to lead its AI Factory, the company's dedicated unit for developing and delivering managed agentic services and solutions for clients across the insurance industry.

Flow Specialty was founded with a vision of using AI to automate the work of specialty insurance brokerage. Over more than four years, the company built what its team describes as an AI broker: an agentic system capable of handling quote, bind, and issue workflows end-to-end. In 2024, Flow's AI system passed the RPLU certification exam becoming the first AI system to achieve the designation. Rather than continue as a standalone brokerage, Flow pivoted its model to focus on delivering AI-enabled outsourcing services, a direction that made it a natural fit for ReSource Pro's vision of helping insurance organizations operationalize AI through managed agentic services and outcome-based delivery.
The AI Factory serves as ReSource Pro's foundation for managed agentic services across its insurance solutions portfolio, helping clients increase productivity, accelerate operational performance, and scale more effectively through a hybrid delivery model that combines AI-driven execution with human expertise and oversight. Sivan Iram, now leading the AI Factory, stated: "What we built at Flow, we can now expand across every function within ReSource Pro. The deal brings 10 people from Flow Specialty into ReSource Pro, including co-founders Naor Rosenberg, who will serve as the AI Factory's technical lead, and Amit Ben Natan, who will lead product development for the unit. Rosenberg previously held senior engineering leadership roles at a leading technology company in Israel. Ben Natan worked in product development at Google prior to co-founding Flow. In addition to the co-founders, several key members of the technology team at Flow Specialty will be joining ReSource Pro to execute the vision in the AI Factory.
