Sitha Ngy joins as Senior Creative Director, bringing more than 15 years of experience turning brand ambition into culturally relevant, business-driving work. From startups to global brands, Ngy has led integrated campaigns across digital, video, social, experiential, and emerging platforms, earning recognition from Cannes, The One Show, The Webbys, D&AD, and others. His work spans some of the world's most recognized brands, including T-Mobile, Coca-Cola, Old Navy, and Domino's, as well as marquee financial services clients such as American Express, where he led the ideation and launch of Small Business Saturday and the rebranding of the Plum Card, alongside brand and rebranding work for Royal Bank of Canada, Intuit TurboTax, and Edward Jones. Most recently serving as VP, Group Creative Director and National Digital Creative and Brand Experience Lead at Deloitte Digital, Ngy will lead creative strategy and execution at Vested with a focus on brand transformation, content ecosystems, and performance creative.
Paul Dalton-Borge joins as Managing Director, based in London, bringing together insight-driven strategy, creative expertise, and digital marketing to help clients build stronger, more valuable connections with their audiences. His appointment reinforces Vested's commitment to growing its international capabilities and delivering integrated marketing solutions to financial services clients across the UK and EMEA. Paul joins from Four Agency Worldwide, where he served as part of the agency's Executive Committee, leading the development of its creative and digital offering and playing a key role in the expansion of the business into integrated marketing and communications in the UK and Middle East.
Adam Fontana joins Vested's senior leadership team as Director of Digital Strategy, charged with architecting and operationalizing the agency's digital function. An accomplished strategy leader with over two decades of experience, Fontana has built a career helping brands grow by aligning go-to-market strategy with measurable impact, working across financial services clients including Bank United, TaxSlayer, the Federal Home Loan Bank System, Ascensus, Welltower Holdings, and regional banks and credit unions. He brings deep expertise spanning brand strategy, digital strategy, and business operations, with a track record of leading high-performing teams, driving digital transformation, and developing scalable systems that connect strategic vision with in-market results. In his role at Vested, Fontana will serve as a senior digital strategy consultant across existing client accounts and new business development while scaling the agency's digital offering.
