Tawakol’s career is marked by significant contributions to the ad tech industry. He founded BlueKai, a data management platform that revolutionized audience data activation across digital channels, later acquired by Oracle in 2014. As SVP and GM of Oracle Data Cloud, he led data and measurement solutions for global brands. Tawakol also founded Voicea, an AI-powered voice collaboration platform acquired by Cisco in 2019, where he drove product-led growth for the Webex division. Currently, as CEO of Rembrand, he leads a creative AI platform enabling precise virtual product placements in video content, further advancing the intersection of AI and advertising.

His role on the board of LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP) and academic credentials—a B.S. in Engineering from MIT and two master’s degrees from Stanford University in Engineering and Computer Science—further enhance his ability to guide The Trade Desk’s strategic initiatives.
