Sharon AI has announced that Co-Founder and Chairman James Manning will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective January 23, 2026, as the company advances its growth in delivering sovereign high-performance compute infrastructure for AI and cloud GPU needs.
SharonAI Holdings Inc. (SHAZ: OTC Markets, SHAZW: OTC Markets) and its subsidiaries, a prominent Australian Neocloud provider, has named Co-Founder and Chairman James Manning as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 23, 2026. This strategic appointment aligns leadership with the company’s focus on scaling sovereign high-performance compute infrastructure to support the rapid growth of AI and accelerated computing adoption.
Manning, who co-founded Sharon AI, has more than two decades of experience spanning corporate finance, accounting, business operations, and asset management in both public and private sectors. In recent years, he has successfully developed and monetized over 300 MWs of high-performance compute infrastructure across the United States and Australia. His academic credentials include a Master of Business (Finance) and a Master’s in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, a Bachelor of Accounting from Australian Catholic University, and fellowships with the Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).
“As Co-Founder and now CEO of Sharon AI, I’m thrilled to lead the company into its next phase of growth,” said James Manning, Chief Executive Officer of Sharon AI. “We’ve built a strong foundation — with additional capital, key strategic partnerships, and surging AI demand — we’re well positioned to deliver sovereign high-performance compute infrastructure at scale. I sincerely thank Wolf Schubert for his leadership over the past 18 months; his work has driven major milestones, and I’m pleased he’ll continue as Country Manager – USA to support our US development and Asia-Pacific hyperscale, AI lab and global enterprise sales opportunities.”
Wolf Schubert, who has served as CEO for the past 18 months, will transition to the role of Country Manager – USA. In this capacity, he will drive US-based development initiatives while supporting hyperscale opportunities, AI labs, and enterprise sales across the Asia-Pacific region.
“It has been a pleasure to work with the Sharon AI team over the previous 18 months, and with the recent sale of Sharon AI’s interest in Texas Critical Data Centers it was a logical time for me to assume the role of Country Manager – USA,” said Wolf Schubert, Country Manager – USA, Sharon AI. “This leadership alignment allows the business to focus on its core Neocloud operations, delivering scalable, high-performance compute to research and enterprise customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region.”
The transition enables Sharon AI to concentrate on its core mission of building and operating cloud GPU platforms and high-performance compute infrastructure tailored for AI factories and sovereign AI solutions.
