Orange Business and Tech Mahindra have entered exclusive negotiations to establish a non-equity, global strategic partnership aimed at accelerating end-to-end digital transformation for enterprise customers worldwide. The proposed 5-year collaboration combines Orange Business’s leadership in secure networks, cloud, platforms, and cybersecurity with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in system integration, agile delivery, and operational scale. The focus includes AI-powered solutions, automation, secure digital platforms, regional collaboration, product innovation, and expanded use of existing platforms to meet growing enterprise demands.
The initiative aligns with Orange Business’s goal to become the global leader in secure enterprise connectivity by expanding market reach, deepening customer engagement, and accelerating new customer acquisition internationally. Orange Business will retain direct management of critical segments, including French operations, and ensure full compliance with French and European regulations.
The partnership aims to boost Orange Business’s international operations through a strengthened go-to-market strategy and increased regional collaboration. By leveraging Tech Mahindra’s agility and scale, the collaboration will enhance automation, operational efficiency, and competitiveness while improving customer experience and sustainable growth. A detailed review of operations, processes, tools, and metrics will identify optimization opportunities to maximize partnership impact.
