OneSpan Inc. has completed its acquisition of Build38, a leading provider of next-generation mobile application protection solutions. The transaction, initially announced on January 12, 2026, integrates Build38’s advanced SDK-based security technology, engineering expertise, and cloud-driven threat intelligence platform into OneSpan’s cybersecurity portfolio. This combination strengthens OneSpan’s App Shielding capabilities, delivering more comprehensive, intelligence-led protection for mobile applications through continuous in-app defenses, adaptive AI-enabled responses, and enhanced visibility into emerging threats, including those related to AI.
