  • NeuBird AI secures $19.3 million funding led by Xora Innovation to accelerate product innovation and global go-to-market efforts.
  • Enterprises report engineers spend 40% of their time managing incidents instead of innovating, driving demand for NeuBird’s Production Ops Agent.
  • The funding will expand accessibility for DevOps, SRE, and IT operations teams facing complex multi-cloud environments.
  • NeuBird AI launches NeuBird AI Falcon, its next-generation engine for predictive risk detection and infrastructure cost optimization.
  • Since general availability in December 2024, customers have resolved over 1 million alerts, saved over $2 million in engineering hours, and achieved up to 90% reduction in mean time to resolution.
  • The company has earned AWS Generative AI Competency and joined the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program.

Addressing the Incident Management Burden

According to the 2026 State of Production Reliability and AI Adoption Report, engineers spend an average of 40% of their time managing incidents rather than building new products. Alert fatigue and insufficient automation are leading to engineering burnout, with nearly 80% of companies reporting that up to half of their on-call engineers experience incident-related burnout symptoms.

“Enterprise IT, SRE and DevOps teams are under mounting pressure to maintain uptime, simplify incident management and innovate faster,” said Gou Rao, Co-founder and CEO of NeuBird AI. “However, modern infrastructure generates an unrelenting flood of alerts, logs and telemetry signals across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and the tools most teams rely on still require engineers to manually correlate, investigate and remediate incidents. The result is alert fatigue, slower innovation and a disproportionate amount of skilled engineering time lost to troubleshooting.”

Autonomous Agentic AI for Production Operations

NeuBird AI is redefining production operations by replacing reactive, manual workflows with an autonomous production ops agent. The agent reasons across telemetry sources, correlates signals, and delivers root cause analysis (RCA) and remediation in real time without waiting for an engineer.

Unlike point solutions that address alert noise in isolation, NeuBird AI acts as an always-on expert engineer with full infrastructure context. It applies domain expertise and continuous learning to resolve incidents proactively.

Today, NeuBird AI also announced NeuBird AI Falcon, the next-generation engine powering its production ops agent. Falcon extends capabilities beyond incident resolution to deliver end-to-end production operations, including predictive risk detection and infrastructure cost optimization.

“Every engineer we’ve talked to describes the same problem: they spend the majority of their time responding to incidents rather than building,” said Vinod Jayaraman, Co-founder and CTO of NeuBird AI. “This productivity loss is not sustainable. With this funding, we’re focused on putting AI production ops agents into the hands of more enterprise teams, faster and with lower friction than ever before.”

Strong Enterprise Traction and Strategic Partnerships

Since its product became generally available in December 2024, NeuBird AI has moved from POCs into production deployments. Customers have resolved over 1 million alerts, saved over $2 million in engineering hours, and achieved up to 90% reduction in mean time to resolution.

The funding round follows key milestones, including the appointment of Venkat Ramakrishnan as President and COO, earning the AWS Generative AI Competency in both Generative AI Applications and Infrastructure & Data, selection for the AWS Generative AI Accelerator, and joining the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program.

“In the age of AI, software production environments are evolving in complexity at an unprecedented pace, resulting in exponential challenges in reliability and incident resolution,” said Phil Inagaki, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Xora. “NeuBird’s production ops agent has demonstrated best-in-class results across accuracy, speed and token consumption across complex enterprise systems.”

Additional investor quotes highlight confidence in the team’s vision and the measurable ROI delivered to customers.
