Nebius, the AI cloud company, has announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to create an end-to-end platform designed specifically for the full robotics lifecycle. By integrating NVIDIA's Physical AI Data Factory Blueprint into Nebius's global-scale AI infrastructure, the partnership provides robotics developers and enterprises with unified tools for simulation, training, synthetic data generation, and real-world deployment at scale.
Physical AI represents a major shift where intelligence must be trained and validated in simulation before operating safely in the real world. The collaboration tackles the "three-computer problem"—managing distinct environments for large-scale GPU training, physically accurate simulation, and edge deployment—while eliminating the time lost to integration work.
The platform delivers a continuous data flywheel: NVIDIA Cosmos generates large volumes of synthetic data to cover long-tail scenarios that real-world collection cannot economically or safely address. NVIDIA OSMO provides managed, agent-driven orchestration across the pipeline, reducing manual handoffs and idle GPU time.
Nebius AI Cloud serves as the execution layer, offering purpose-built infrastructure including high-performance GPUs, integrated data management, labeling, serverless capabilities, and managed inference. This extends to production with low-latency edge deployment via Nebius Token Factory and other services.
“Physical AI is going to be one of the defining technology shifts of this decade, and the teams building it today are being held back by infrastructure and tooling that was never designed for those workloads,” said Evan Helda, Head of Physical AI at Nebius. “Working with NVIDIA, we are building the execution layer for the entire physical AI ecosystem — so that any team, anywhere, can go from idea to deployed robot at the speed the market demands.”
“Physical AI is the next phase of computing — where intelligence is trained, tested and validated in simulation before it operates in the real world,” said Rev Lebaredian, VP of Omniverse and simulation technologies at NVIDIA. “That demands tightly integrated systems connecting large-scale AI training with physically accurate simulation to create a continuous data flywheel. By integrating the NVIDIA Physical AI Data Factory Blueprint, Nebius is enabling developers to generate physics-grounded synthetic data and build safe, robust autonomous machines at scale.”
Early Adopters See Dramatic Acceleration
RoboForce, which develops AI robots for unstructured outdoor environments like solar farms and construction sites, has reduced pipeline setup time by over 70% and shortened iteration cycles from weeks to days using NVIDIA Cosmos on Nebius with OSMO orchestration.
“Manual handoffs between data generation, simulation, and training means our GPUs can sit idle — costing us both time and money,” said Calvin Zhou, co-founder of RoboForce. “Using OSMO agentic orchestration, our engineers can push a single configuration file and run the entire pipeline end-to-end. We’re generating thousands of scenario variations with NVIDIA Cosmos on Nebius AI Cloud, powering our AI data flywheel and accelerating the development of our robot foundation model. This allows us to push hardened robot models straight to the edge and cut our iteration cycles from weeks to days.”
Voxel51's data platform, combined with Nebius GPU clusters and NVIDIA technologies, enables customers like Porsche Engineering to scale synthetic data generation and accelerate autonomous driving workflows through efficient curation, augmentation, and quality checks.
Milestone Systems selected Nebius to fine-tune next-generation Vision-Language Models using real-world video data and NVIDIA Cosmos Reason, benefiting from reliable GPU access, high-throughput pipelines, and European data sovereignty guarantees.
The Nebius cloud for physical AI is available now in data centers across the US and Europe. More information is available at nebius.com/solutions/phy, including details on sessions and demos at GTC 2026.
