This brings total funding to $78 million. "With fragmented systems slowing innovation, enterprises are urgently seeking a unified approach. Maven delivers on that need with AI that securely connects people, systems, and data across the entire customer lifecycle," said Jonathan Corbin, CEO and co-founder of Maven AGI.
Originally focused on customer support, Maven AGI now spans the entire customer journey, integrating with enterprise systems to resolve issues, deliver real-time insights, and optimize performance. The platform’s core principles—trust, speed, and depth—set it apart. It ensures compliance with standards like SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR, offers over 100 plug-and-play integrations for rapid deployment, and uses outcome-driven agentic AI to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
"Maven AGI is tackling one of the fastest-growing markets globally, and they've assembled a team with unmatched expertise in customer experience and AI," said Elana Lian, Partner at Dell Technologies Capital. "Their leadership's hands-on understanding of scaling impactful solutions positions them to fundamentally transform how businesses engage with customers."
Several new investors, including SE Ventures, are also becoming customers and strategic partners, highlighting Maven’s growing influence. The company’s momentum includes a 100% customer renewal rate, $7 million in revenue in 2024, and multi-year, seven-figure deals with clients like Ibex, Tripadvisor, and fintech leaders such as Rho and Check.
"We invest in startups that are disrupting large categories at scale," said Amit Chaturvedy, Global Head & Managing Partner at SE Ventures. "Maven's platform is uniquely designed to handle the complex workflows and scale of huge corporations, like SE Ventures' LP, Schneider Electric."
With a team of over 80 across Boston, New York, and San Francisco, Maven serves diverse industries, from publicly traded enterprises to consumer brands like Paris Hilton’s Parivie Beauty. The funding will support rapid distribution and partnerships with investors who have scaled leading tech companies, positioning Maven to lead the enterprise AI market.
"Maven is built for scale. As AI becomes the operating system of the enterprise, our mission is to ensure it delivers real business impact from sales to support and everything in between," Corbin added.
This investment underscores Maven AGI’s potential to redefine enterprise AI, delivering scalable, secure, and impactful solutions for the modern business landscape.
