GNW Consulting, the Martech-driven strategic operations agency, ends 2025 with significant momentum: strong revenue growth, team expansion from 10 to over 20 employees, refined internal processes, and the introduction of custom AI agents that accelerate onboarding and client account understanding.

Quick Intel

  • Team more than doubled from 10 to 20+ consultants in 2025
  • Introduced in-house AI onboarding agent and account-intelligence agent
  • Streamlined delivery processes and added selective automation for consistency
  • Launched four-part AI Readiness Framework for enterprise adoption in 2026
  • New service helps organizations move from AI experimentation to scalable implementation
  • Expanded leadership with proven operators in AI process design and change management

Strengthening Operations to Support Sustainable Scale

The year focused heavily on internal transformation. GNW updated training programs, refined delivery workflows for greater predictability, and implemented selective automation that enables new consultants to ramp faster while delivering a consistently high-quality client experience.

"This year challenged us to think differently about scale," says Raja Walia, founder and chief executive officer of GNW Consulting. "Growing the team was important, but the real work happened behind the scenes. We concentrated on strengthening our processes, creating more predictable workflows, and making sure every new consultant steps into the role with the clarity and support they need to perform at a high level."

In-House AI Agents Drive Internal Efficiency

Two custom-built AI agents now play central roles:

  • An onboarding agent that guides new hires through training and accelerates time-to-productivity
  • An account-intelligence agent that gives consultants instant context on active clients, communication preferences, and fast answers to account-specific questions

These innovations have enabled GNW to maintain service excellence while rapidly expanding capacity.

New AI Readiness Framework Positions Clients for 2026 Success

Recognizing that most organizations struggle to move beyond AI pilots, GNW launched a comprehensive service built around a four-part AI Readiness Framework:

  1. AI Readiness – Assess maturity, risks, opportunities, and organizational needs
  2. AI Organizational Integration – Define where AI fits in processes, teams, and governance
  3. Implementation – Deploy solutions that solve real problems with measurable outcomes
  4. Adoption & Change Management – Drive sustained usage through training and cultural alignment

"Talking about AI isn't enough anymore; companies have to be able to use it strategically," said Andrea Lechner-Becker, chief strategy officer at GNW. "Our focus heading into 2026 is helping organizations move past experimentation to real, scalable impact. This framework gives them a clear starting point and a structured pathway forward."

With strengthened operations, expanded AI expertise, and a maturing team, GNW Consulting enters 2026 positioned to help enterprises integrate and operationalize marketing and revenue technologies with greater confidence and measurable results.
