Blackthorn, the leading Salesforce-native event management platform, today announced a new platform vision designed to unlock the full power of Salesforce to manage modern events. As organizations navigate an increasingly complex mix of digital and in-person experiences, many continue to rely on fragmented tools disconnected from Salesforce, complicating efforts to demonstrate event impact and ROI. This strategic milestone introduces enhancements that overcome traditional Salesforce interface limitations, making it simpler to plan, design on-brand events, and measure performance in real time—without demanding advanced Salesforce knowledge. The vision reflects Blackthorn's ongoing commitment to usability, design flexibility, and enterprise-grade reporting.

Branded, Customizable Event Experiences: The updated page designer provides granular control through modular, drag-and-drop components and flexible layouts. Planners can create modern, on-demand event pages with design consistency across programs—no custom CSS or developers required.

An Intelligence Layer Focused on Efficient Outcomes: Leveraging the Salesforce-native foundation, a new AI layer accelerates routine tasks, such as ticket transfers via simple chat commands, allowing teams to focus on high-impact activities. New pre-built dashboards and reporting templates deliver actionable insights into event performance without manual exports or advanced expertise.

Blackthorn will host a free virtual event in February featuring live demonstrations of these in-development capabilities. The session invites event planners, customers, partners, analysts, and media to explore how the platform evolves to support next-generation enterprise events.
