Life Moments' existing coaching solutions include Money Coach, Investment Coach, and Sustainable Business Coach, each tailored to provide specific guidance based on user intentions, knowledge, and preferences.
Unlike open AI tools, the Life Moments AI Agent operates within a secure and controlled environment with built-in compliance guardrails designed to align with FCA guidelines. The agent exclusively uses pre-approved content and dynamically adapts its responses based on in-platform user data. Importantly, every output is auditable, brand-safe, and consistent with the financial institution's internal policies. The agent does not rely on unverified external sources, can be fully customized to match each firm's tone and workflow, and meticulously captures all customer interactions to support regulatory reporting requirements.
