Offers certifications, master series, and a peer forum, "Interview Insights."
Key programs include Certified Interview Coach (CIC) relaunch in January 2026.
Addresses the "AI doom loop" in recruiting with human-led coaching.
Aims to make interview skills the decisive factor for job seekers.
As AI transforms hiring with automated résumés, screening tools, and asynchronous video interviews, the job interview has become the primary measure of a candidate’s authenticity and communication skills. “We’re seeing an AI doom loop in recruiting,” said Lili Foggle, Director of the Interview Institute. “Job seekers use AI to mass-apply, employers respond by using more AI to filter, and the interview becomes the only authentic validation point.” The Institute emphasizes human-led coaching to help candidates excel in this critical moment.
The Interview Institute introduces structured programs to elevate coaching standards:
Preparing Clients for AI Asynchronous Interviews Master Series (October 7–14, 2025): Equips coaches to guide candidates through AI-scored interviews.
Certified Interview Coach (CIC) Live Cohort (January 8, 2026): Relaunches with updated training for modern hiring practices.
Monthly “Interview Insights” Forum: Enables coaches to share strategies and adapt to evolving trends.
Additional master series on executive presence and salary negotiation are planned to further enhance coaching capabilities.
With employers increasingly skeptical of AI-generated application materials, interviews—often AI-scored or asynchronous—are the most reliable way to assess candidates. “AI can be a great tool, but it’s not a good coach,” said Margaret Phares, Executive Director of PARWCC. The Institute aims to bridge the gap in interview preparation, ensuring candidates can communicate with confidence and authenticity to stand out.
As AI permeates hiring, interview skills are becoming the most critical yet overlooked area for job seekers. The Interview Institute provides evidence-based training to empower coaches, helping candidates navigate modern hiring challenges and land jobs in competitive markets.
