Venturi Partners, a leading consumer growth fund, has announced the first close of its second fund at $150 million, supported by both existing and new investors. The milestone marks strong momentum toward its overall target of $225 million.

Quick Intel

  • First close: $150M secured for Fund II, targeting $225M total

  • Focus: Consumer growth brands across India and Southeast Asia

  • Investment size: $15M–$40M in ~10 companies

  • Co-investment option: Investors can co-invest on a 1:1 ratio

  • Fund I recap: Closed at $180M in 2022, invested in 7+ leading consumer brands

Fund II Strategy

Building on the success of Fund I, Venturi Partners’ Fund II will invest in disruptive, purpose-driven brands across India and Southeast Asia. The fund will target companies poised to benefit from rising consumer spending, favorable demographics, and structural growth trends.

Initial investments will range from $15 million to $40 million across 10 companies, with opportunities for investors to co-invest alongside the fund.

Active Value Creation

Venturi Partners distinguishes itself through close collaboration with founders and active board-level participation, leveraging the team’s deep operating expertise in consumer sectors.

“We are grateful for the continued trust and confidence of our existing investors and welcome our new partners. This strong response validates our investment thesis and the strength of our unique team that we have built over the last five years,” said Nicolas Cator, Founder & Managing Partner of Venturi Partners.

“Amidst global volatility, India continues to emerge as a strong growth market, creating a compelling long-term investment opportunity that aligns well with our strategy. With our hands-on operating expertise, we are confident we will deliver strong returns,” added Rishika Chandan, Managing Partner.

Fund I Track Record

Venturi Partners closed its debut $180M fund in June 2022, backed by prominent families and institutions including Frédéric de Mévius (AB InBev family) and Ackermans & van Haaren, a Belgian investment company.

Fund I’s portfolio includes:

  • Livspace (home interiors & renovation platform)

  • Country Delight (fresh dairy & essentials brand)

  • Believe (direct-to-consumer beauty & personal care)

  • Pickup Coffee, Dali, K-12 Techno Services, and JQR

An eighth investment is expected soon to complete Fund I’s portfolio.
