Rob Joyce’s extensive career at the NSA includes leading the elite Tailored Access Operations (TAO), the agency’s hacking unit responsible for high-stakes foreign intelligence operations. As head of the NSA’s Cybersecurity Directorate, he safeguarded critical national infrastructure, including classified networks and nuclear authorization codes. Joyce also served as Special Assistant to the President and Cybersecurity Coordinator on the White House National Security Council, as well as Acting Homeland Security Advisor. “I’m honored to join Starseer’s Advisory Board.
