PayLink, part of Euna Payments: Cashiering, allows staff to send secure payment links via SMS or email, enabling residents to complete transactions from any device at their convenience. “This solution solves two major issues for us—compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standard and physical accessibility,” said Meg Richmond, Application Services Manager at the City of Indianapolis-Marion County’s Information Services Agency. The technology reduces wait times at the City-County Building and supports residents with limited access to agency offices.
Since partnering with Euna Solutions in 2016, Indianapolis and Marion County have expanded from Euna Payments: Online Payments to include Cashiering, Kiosks, and now PayLink.
