The City of Indianapolis and Marion County have rolled out PayLink, a feature of Euna Payments by Euna Solutions, to modernize payment services across 12 city-county agencies. This cloud-based solution enhances security, accessibility, and efficiency, allowing residents to pay for government services remotely via secure links, reducing the need for in-person visits and addressing the digital divide.

PayLink, part of Euna Payments: Cashiering, allows staff to send secure payment links via SMS or email, enabling residents to complete transactions from any device at their convenience. “This solution solves two major issues for us—compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standard and physical accessibility,” said Meg Richmond, Application Services Manager at the City of Indianapolis-Marion County’s Information Services Agency. The technology reduces wait times at the City-County Building and supports residents with limited access to agency offices.
Since partnering with Euna Solutions in 2016, Indianapolis and Marion County have expanded from Euna Payments: Online Payments to include Cashiering, Kiosks, and now PayLink. The platform processes over $19 million in monthly transactions, streamlining operations for 12 agencies. “Indianapolis and Marion County are setting a new standard for how governments can make services more accessible for everyone,” said Brian Haney, Chief Customer Officer of Euna Solutions. Features like saved payment data in Online Payments save time for residents and increase payment compliance for agencies.
