Accenture’s new growth model integrates its Strategy, Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations services into a single Reinvention Services unit. Led by Manish Sharma, current CEO of the Americas and Accenture’s first Chief Services Officer, this structure is designed to create leading-edge solutions rapidly and embed data and AI seamlessly across client engagements.
The Reinvention Services unit will leverage Accenture’s expertise in generative AI to deliver measurable value. With scaled services, deep industry knowledge, and robust technology ecosystem partnerships, the company is positioned to help clients navigate the AI-driven economy, enhancing operational efficiency and innovation across industries.
Effective September 1, 2025, key leadership changes will support the new model. John Walsh, global Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Sharma as CEO of the Americas. Kate Hogan, Americas COO, will become global COO. The Reinvention Services unit will see Muqsit Ashraf continue leading Strategy, Jason Dess heading Consulting, Ndidi Oteh leading Song, Rajendra Prasad overseeing Technology, and Arundhati Chakraborty managing Operations. Kate Clifford will assume the role of global Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer.
