He brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Walmart, Virgin Pulse, and Reebok.

Pengelly holds an AB from Harvard and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

In his new capacity, Pengelly will be tasked with identifying and forging strategic partnerships, developing new growth channels, and refining the company's overall business strategy.
