Rithum, a leading global commerce solutions provider, has announced two key executive appointments to bolster its financial and commercial leadership. Gregory Banning joins as Chief Revenue Officer effective January 12, 2026, while Caitlin Hauser has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2026. These moves support Rithum’s strategy to accelerate go-to-market performance, drive operational excellence, and scale global growth through commerce innovation.
Gregory Banning assumes the role of Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing Rithum’s global sales organization. His mandate includes refining go-to-market strategies, expanding partnerships within the company’s extensive commerce network, and driving scalable, customer-centric revenue growth.
With a proven track record across SaaS, technology, FinTech, retail, distribution, and manufacturing, Banning has consistently built high-performing teams and delivered profitable expansion. His prior role as Vice President of Sales and Channels at Service Express involved leading revenue strategy for a $400M IT managed services provider.
“Rithum sits at the center of a transformative moment in commerce, and I’m excited to join the company and help scale its revenue engine alongside a talented leadership team,” said Banning, CRO of Rithum. “With such a strong foundation already in place, I look forward to working across our teams to deepen customer value and lead an organization grounded in operational rigor and measurable impact.”
Caitlin Hauser’s promotion to Chief Financial Officer positions her to guide Rithum’s global finance organization through its next growth phase. Drawing on extensive experience in finance and accounting for private equity-backed and public entities, Hauser will prioritize financial discipline, informed decision-making, and sustained investment in innovation.
In her previous capacity as Senior Vice President of Finance & Global Controller, Hauser partnered closely with business units to align financial strategy with long-term objectives.
“I’m thrilled to step into this role at such an exciting time for Rithum,” said Hauser, now CFO at Rithum. “As we continue expanding our impact and scaling globally, I’m focused on strengthening financial discipline and enabling informed decision-making to power our next phase of growth — all while contributing to a culture grounded in inclusion and progress.”
These leadership additions align with Rithum’s mission to streamline the commerce journey—from product discovery and listing to fulfillment and performance optimization—empowering brands and retailers to maximize profitability through AI-powered automation and seamless omnichannel orchestration.
