Nota AI plans to offer 2,916,000 shares at an expected price range of 7,600 to 9,100 KRW per share, aiming to raise approximately 22.2 to 26.5 billion KRW. The institutional investor book-building is scheduled for September 12–18, 2025, with public subscriptions on September 23–24, 2025. Mirae Asset Securities serves as the lead underwriter.
