Scott Bernstein joins as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, drawing on more than 40 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications. His background includes senior leadership roles with major brands such as National Amusements, Inc., World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and Hard Rock Cafe, as well as founding and senior agency positions. Bernstein will lead Elevate’s digital team, shape agency-wide strategy, drive innovation, and oversee integrated program development.
Eric Kraus has been named Senior Public Relations Strategist, bringing deep expertise in global corporate communications, public affairs, and crisis management. His career spans senior executive roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Vice President of External Relations at Gillette (Procter & Gamble), Senior Vice President and Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer at Covidien, Chief Communications Officer at Bacardi Ltd., and Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Clean Harbors. Kraus will advise clients across consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, high technology, and entertainment, while serving as a key member of Elevate’s crisis communications team.
Jill Lazzaro has been elevated to Senior Account Supervisor and Media Relations Director. Since joining Elevate in 2021, she has played a central role in the agency’s earned media practice, securing high-impact placements in national and regional broadcast outlets for clients including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Boston Globe Media, Boston Legacy FC, Navy SEAL Foundation, and U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Her prior experience includes roles at MSNBC, NBCUniversal, CBS News, and GateHouse Media.
Molly Maravel has been promoted to Account Executive, reflecting her consistent performance and expanded responsibilities. After starting through Elevate’s internship program in 2022 and transitioning to full-time in 2023, she has become a key contributor on accounts such as Boston Globe Media, Pine Street Inn, and RODE Architects.
