NeuraFlash, founded in 2016 and based in Burlington, Massachusetts, has delivered over 1,000 successful implementations for more than 400 global customers. The acquisition will integrate approximately 510 NeuraFlash professionals, predominantly in North America, Colombia, and India, into Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group. These professionals bring over 2,000 Salesforce certifications, enhancing Accenture’s expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and AWS-driven machine learning and gen AI solutions for contact centers.
“This acquisition will significantly enhance our agentic AI capabilities and allow us to better serve the mid-market, in direct alignment with Salesforce’s strategic direction,” said Stephanie Sadowski, senior managing director and Salesforce Business Group global lead for Accenture.
NeuraFlash specializes in:
Agentic AI Solutions: Automating complex business processes for sales, service, and field service.
Salesforce Expertise: Deep experience with Salesforce and Agentforce implementations.
AWS Integration: Delivering personalized customer experiences through machine learning and gen AI in contact centers.
Managed Services: Providing ongoing support to optimize analytics and change management.
The combination of Accenture’s industry knowledge and NeuraFlash’s AI capabilities will enable faster deployment of intelligent solutions, particularly in mid-market industries.
The acquisition aligns with the growing demand for AI-driven solutions, with 67% of enterprises prioritizing gen AI adoption by 2026. NeuraFlash’s expertise in public sector solutions, such as AI-driven contract lifecycle management, further strengthens Accenture’s offerings in regulated industries. “Joining forces with Accenture will help us continue to scale,” said T. Brett Chisholm, CEO and co-founder of NeuraFlash.
Accenture’s Q3 2025 results show a 7.7% revenue growth from AI-driven services, with this acquisition contributing to its $6.6 billion 2024 M&A strategy to bolster cloud and AI expertise.
As shown in the finance card above, Accenture’s stock (ACN) is currently priced at $258.38, reflecting a slight increase from the previous close of $257.12. However, the stock has seen a 27% decline in 2025, indicating market challenges despite strategic moves like this acquisition.
