Announced on July 31, 2025, this expansion addresses the surging demand for high-density compute environments tailored for artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, and mission-critical workloads in one of the U.S.’s key technology hubs.

Strategic Expansion in Silicon Valley

The SV9 data center, located at 2915 Stender Way, Santa Clara, California, strengthens CoreSite’s Silicon Valley campus, which now totals over 1.4 million square feet across nine data centers in Santa Clara, Milpitas, and San Jose.
