3% not interested

Trend: Tech viewed as an essential skill, not a threat
When asked how open they were to learning and using digital tools such as AI scheduling systems, advanced hospitality software, and digital POS solutions, 92% of professionals said they were very open.
Only 3% were somewhat open, 3% hesitant, and 3% not interested at all.
This strong majority highlights a significant shift in the hospitality industry: digital tools are no longer met with skepticism but instead seen as vital to the future of work.
“Technology has always been a driver of efficiency, but what's striking is how eager hospitality professionals themselves are to integrate it into their daily work,” said Milos Eric, General Manager at OysterLink.
“This shift suggests the industry is more prepared than ever for AI and digital transformation.”
