Partner-Led Shift to Operational Value

During the virtual 2026 UC&C Summit, Wildix outlined how economic pressures and rising service expectations are transforming unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) from standalone tools into essential operational systems. The company reinforced its 100 percent channel-only model, encouraging partners to evolve beyond resale into advisors who design, govern, and optimize communication workflows for day-to-day business impact.

Originally designed to address front-desk bottlenecks in dental practices, it automates patient interactions and reduces administrative workload. The solution delivered over $9 million in measurable ROI within six months across 65 UK dental clinics while maintaining service levels without added staff.
