New AI Agents for Revenue Teams

Outreach's latest release introduces two powerful AI agents designed to address the challenges of increasingly complex deal cycles, which have extended by 21%. The Deal Agent simplifies CRM maintenance by suggesting updates to critical sales methodology fields, such as identifying the economic buyer or buyer decision criteria, based on recent customer interactions. This reduces manual work for sales reps and enhances pipeline accuracy for managers, ensuring data reliability.

The Research Agent transforms account planning by leveraging public data and past interactions to create real-time, comprehensive account views. It automates the creation of handoff briefs and delivers hyper-relevant messaging tailored to customer needs and pain points. These agents enable revenue teams to act swiftly and precisely, driving efficiency across the sales process.

Enhanced AI Personalization and Data Enrichment

Outreach has expanded its AI capabilities to include personalization for LinkedIn messaging and call talking points, moving beyond email to provide prospect-specific context across multiple channels. This ensures that sales reps can engage prospects with highly relevant, tailored communications, increasing response rates and fostering meaningful conversations.

The platform’s Smart Data Enrichment service now integrates with leading data providers like SalesIntel and ZoomInfo. This enhancement delivers third-party insights directly within Outreach, empowering teams with deeper, actionable data to target the right accounts and optimize outreach strategies. “This release represents a major leap forward in agentic AI—moving beyond dashboards and chatbots to intelligent agents that act, not just analyze,” said Nithya Lakshmanan, Head of Product at Outreach. “These agents power the entire revenue engine—from qualification to close and post-sales—enabling teams to respond to signals instantly, act with precision, and win faster than ever before.”

Collaboration and Productivity Enhancements

The release includes several features to boost collaboration and productivity. Seamless integration with Slack and in-app updates allows teams to stay aligned with real-time notifications, comment tagging, and threaded chats in conversation transcripts. For reps on the go, the Outreach mobile app now provides access to conversation recordings, pipeline insights, and the ability to surface key data quickly, ensuring productivity from any location.

Google Meet integration has been enhanced with real-time content cards, action item detection, and note-taking capabilities during meetings, enabling live coaching and more effective conversations. Additionally, new outbound calling policies enforce compliance with calling hours and restricted destinations, while configurable caller IDs improve connect rates. The introduction of inbound call queues (currently in beta) ensures leads are routed to the right reps efficiently.
