Asure Software, a leading provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, has announced the appointment of Tiffany Mortimer as Chief Transformation & People Officer. Mortimer brings 15 years of experience in operational execution and people strategy within high-growth SaaS environments. In her new role, she will oversee Asure’s transformation initiatives and human resources functions, focusing on building the organizational capacity required for the company’s next phase of strategic growth.

Mortimer’s appointment comes as Asure continues to expand its technology footprint. Her background in managing hypergrowth and complex transitions—including the oversight of strategic operations and business process optimization—is intended to provide the "operational glue" for Asure's expanding ecosystem. By focusing on the alignment of people and processes, Mortimer aims to ensure that Asure’s internal teams are positioned to deliver maximum value from the company's automated payroll and HR technologies.
A significant portion of Mortimer’s role will involve the integration of AI into the company's service delivery model. As Asure advances the capabilities of AsureCentral and its Luna AI engine, the company requires a leader who can manage the human side of technological disruption. Mortimer’s vision centers on building the organizational capability to fully realize the potential of these platforms, ensuring that technology serves both the efficiency of the company and the needs of its global customer base.
