TSplus, a provider of secure remote access and cybersecurity solutions, has promoted Thomas Montalcino to Chief Technology Officer. The move follows Adrien Carbonne’s recent appointment as CEO and ensures continuity in technical direction while reinforcing the company’s focus on innovation, performance, security, and reliability.
Montalcino joined TSplus in 2018 during the early development of TSplus Advanced Security, an all-in-one cybersecurity solution designed to protect remote access infrastructures. Initially brought on to enhance this critical product (originally named RDS-Knight), he quickly demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and a deep understanding of global cybersecurity challenges. His contributions were instrumental in evolving Advanced Security into one of TSplus’ most trusted and widely adopted solutions.
A former engineering school classmate of Carbonne in France, Montalcino has built a strong professional partnership with the new CEO over the years. As a key pillar of the development team, he has helped shape TSplus’ software ecosystem through consistent improvement and collaborative leadership.
Thomas’ promotion to CTO represents a natural progression. Having served as Carbonne’s close collaborator and technical right hand for several years, he brings comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, infrastructure, and development culture. His leadership will support TSplus’ ongoing growth while upholding the high standards customers and partners expect.
