UpKeep is transforming how maintenance teams manage supporting workflows with the launch of UpKeep Studio, a powerful app platform integrated directly into its mobile-first Asset Operations Management system. While CMMS platforms excel at handling core work orders, assets, and parts, many critical processes—such as safety tracking, compliance checks, inspections, fleet management, and reporting—continue to rely on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and fragile integrations. Studio eliminates these gaps by enabling teams to create tailored, data-connected applications without development expertise.

UpKeep Studio is available immediately. The App Marketplace is included in Premium plans and above. The AI App Builder is accessible on Professional plans and higher. Studio Concierge is offered as a paid add-on starting at $3,000 per month.
