Launched under ServiceNow University, the program offers localized, Portuguese-language training with instructor-led courses, practical labs, and real-world case studies. The initiative builds on a pilot with over 70% certification completion and strong graduate employability, positioning it as a model for Latin America.
The program supports Brazil’s National Digital Transformation Strategy and SENAI’s mission to enhance industrial competitiveness through innovation. SENAI-SP, serving 1 million learners annually, will leverage its 166 units across São Paulo to ensure access for youth apprentices, jobseekers, and career-switchers. “Preparing professionals for the challenges of the digital economy requires foresight and strong industry ties,” said Emerson Costa Santos, Director of the SENAI-SP Information Technology Unit. The fully localized content ensures relevance to Brazil’s job market, fostering broad participation.
