The agreement represents a significant expansion of the partnership between the two companies.
Nebius's guidance for 2026 remains unchanged.
"We are pleased to expand our significant partnership with Meta as part of securing more large, long-term capacity contracts to accelerate the build-out and growth of our core AI cloud business. We will continue to deliver," said Arkady Volozh, founder and CEO of Nebius.
The agreement builds on the existing relationship between Nebius and Meta, with Nebius providing dedicated AI infrastructure capacity based on advanced NVIDIA platforms. The deal underscores the growing demand for specialized AI infrastructure as major technology companies scale their AI initiatives.
