Reinforcing Expertise in Core Benefits Solutions

Alight, a leading cloud-based human capital technology and services provider, has announced leadership appointments to advance its Health & Navigation and Leaves solutions. Karen Frost and Kevin Curry will guide strategy, innovation, and delivery to help employers provide seamless, high-quality benefits experiences that enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.

Karen Frost – Health and Navigation Solution Leader

Frost, previously Vice President of Health Solutions & Strategy at Alight, has been a long-tenured leader instrumental in shaping the company’s Total Wellbeing strategy—an AI-driven approach that optimizes HR and benefits ecosystems while delivering personalized wellbeing experiences. She pioneered the Alight Retiree Health Exchange and led major expansions across Health Navigation, Exchanges, Consumer Accounts, COBRA/Direct Billing, and Retiree Benefits Administration.

A recognized expert on health policy, ACA implementation, and benefits trends, Frost has advised federal agencies including CMS, DOL, and IRS. She serves as board chair for the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC). In her new role, Frost will integrate solution strategy, market insights, and go-to-market execution to help employers deliver exceptional health and wellbeing outcomes.

Kevin Curry – Leaves Solution Leader

Curry returns to Alight with extensive experience in benefits and business transformation. Previously Chief Revenue Officer at ReedGroup (acquired by Alight), he led post-acquisition integration as Senior Vice President, Head of Absence Management Solutions. He has driven product strategy and innovation in leave administration, including FMLA, disability, and integrated leave programs, while advising employers on cost reduction and productivity improvement.

A recognized authority in absence management, Curry serves as Board Chair for the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), helping shape national standards and best practices. He will focus on accelerating enhancements to Alight’s leaves offerings and delivering a world-class experience for clients and participants.
