The solution is designed to accelerate and humanize the hiring process by automating the initial screening phase, while also helping companies manage the increasing volume of AI-generated applications. The launch addresses critical market challenges, including recruiter burnout from manual screening and the need for fairer, more efficient candidate assessment.
