Paycom has announced the return of Jeff York as Chief Sales Officer, effective January 23, 2026.
Jeff York is returning to Paycom as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effective January 23, 2026. The Oklahoma City-based company, a leading provider of comprehensive cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software, made the announcement to reinforce its sales leadership team.
York originally served as CSO from 2007 to 2021, during which he built and led a high-performing sales organization. His tenure contributed to significant company achievements, including Paycom being named one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in the U.S. and one of Fortune magazine’s 100 Fastest-Growing Companies for four consecutive years. Since 2021, York has served as Paycom’s Leadership Strategist.
He steps into the role replacing Amy Walker, who is moving to a consulting position with the company.

With over three decades of sales experience, York has held various sales management positions and developed numerous successful executives.
