White Label Communications (WLC), a leading provider of white-label UCaaS, CPaaS, and CCaaS solutions, has acquired Grupo NGN, a pioneer in optichannel AI-powered contact center solutions. Announced on July 22, 2025, this strategic move strengthens WLC’s CCaaS offerings, positioning it to capitalize on the rapidly growing contact center market, projected to reach $24.45 billion by 2032 with a 19% CAGR, according to Fortune Business Insights.

  • CCaaS market expected to grow to $24.45B by 2032, with 19% CAGR.

  • NGNCloudComm integrates voice, email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.

  • Acquisition aligns with WLC’s refreshed brand and focus on innovation.

  • Enhances partner capabilities for scalable, flexible customer experiences.

  • Grupo NGN’s platform is G2-rated #1 for CCaaS with optichannel features.

Strategic Acquisition for Market Growth

The acquisition of Grupo NGN bolsters WLC’s private-label voice solutions, integrating NGNCloudComm, a top-ranked CCaaS platform on G2 for its optichannel capabilities. This platform seamlessly combines voice, email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media, enabling flexible, AI-driven customer engagement. The move aligns with the surging demand for agile, cloud-based contact center solutions, driven by rising customer expectations for seamless interactions.

“Bringing Grupo NGN into the fold is a pivotal moment in our growth strategy,” said Thomas Joseph, Founder and CEO of WLC. “The NGNCloudComm product alone doesn’t just strengthen our CCaaS portfolio — it redefines it.”

Enhancing Partner Capabilities

WLC’s business-in-a-box model equips partners—such as MSPs, VARs, and broadband providers—with scalable, white-label solutions to generate recurring revenue under their own brands. The addition of Grupo NGN’s technology enhances partners’ ability to deliver differentiated customer experiences, supporting cross-sell, upsell, and retention efforts. NGNCloudComm’s AI-powered features, including predictive dialers and language assist, streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

“Joining WLC marks a bold new chapter — not just for our team, but for the future of the contact center industry,” said Javier Limones, CEO of Grupo NGN. “We’re combining NGNCloudComm’s proven innovation with WLC’s extensive voice services experience and partner-first mindset.”

Commitment to Innovation

The acquisition coincides with WLC’s refreshed brand identity, signaling a focus on innovation and deeper partnerships. WLC is already investing in enhancements to NGNCloudComm, including expanded AI capabilities and broader optichannel reach. “This moment is about growth on all fronts,” said Warren Reyburn, Chief Operating Officer of WLC. “Our renewed mission, vision, and values reflect a bold, modern direction.”

Grupo NGN, founded in 1987 and commercialized in 1995, has a history of innovation, previously operating under names like EnSERcle and OpenScape Contact Center CD after a 2009 acquisition by Siemens Enterprise Networks. Its reacquisition of software rights in 2018 allowed further development of NGNCloudComm, recognized for ease of use and customer-centric design.

Market Impact and Future Outlook

With the CCaaS market poised for significant growth, WLC’s acquisition positions it as a leader in delivering intelligent, scalable solutions. The integration of NGNCloudComm enhances WLC’s ability to meet evolving customer needs, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted provider since 2010. This move follows WLC’s earlier partnership with Infobip in February 2025 to enhance CPaaS offerings, further solidifying its market presence.
