It provides 24/7/365 services including monitoring, analytics, and incident response.
The MSOC leverages AI-powered tools and an AI Virtual SOC Analyst.
The facility includes crisis rooms, cybersecurity labs, and a dedicated training center.
It aims to foster local talent and strengthen Andalusia's digital protection ecosystem.
The Seville MSOC operates as a strategic hub within Atos's global network, delivering high-capacity Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and SOC services. Already operational for several months, the center is designed to address the growing complexity of cyber threats. It features specialized areas including crisis rooms, continuous monitoring zones, and cybersecurity labs for IT, OT, and IoT environments, all supported by a dedicated training center to develop local talent.
A key differentiator of the new center is its integration of cutting-edge AI technologies. The Seville MSOC leverages centrally managed detections, threat hunting playbooks, and an AI-powered Virtual SOC Analyst to enhance analytical efficiency and real-time response capabilities. “The integration of the latest Atos innovations of which autonomous AI agents into SOC operations represents a significant step forward,” said Arancha Jiménez, VP of Cybersecurity at Atos Iberia. “At the Seville center, this technology enhances analytical efficiency and strengthens our real-time response capabilities to cyberthreats.”
The inauguration was highlighted by regional government officials who see it as a cornerstone for public-private collaboration. Jorge Paradela, Minister of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Regional Government of Andalusia, stated that the center helps consolidate the region “as a national and international benchmark in digital protection, innovation, and public-private collaboration.” By combining institutional strength, technical excellence, and private-sector innovation, the Atos MSOC in Seville is positioned to be a critical asset for securing digital operations and fostering trust for clients in Spain and beyond.
