  • The move aligns with growing demand for sophisticated, AI-powered MDR services.

Establishing a Global Innovation Engine

The new Bangalore GCC represents a strategic investment in continuous innovation. By establishing development teams across time zones, Deepwatch can operate round-the-clock development cycles. This structure is intended to significantly increase the velocity of product enhancements, new threat detection capabilities, and AI model improvements. “This expansion represents a fundamental shift in how we approach innovation—we're not just opening an office, we're creating a global development engine,” said John DiLullo, Chief Executive Officer at Deepwatch.

Focusing on Advanced AI and Platform Scale

The center will concentrate on three key areas of development to meet evolving customer needs. First, it will accelerate generative AI development for advanced threat detection and response automation. Second, it will focus on scaling platform infrastructure to support global customer growth. Third, it will drive product innovation for emerging challenges, such as threat exposure management. This focused approach aims to deepen the platform's capabilities while maintaining the personalized service delivery that defines the company's MDR offering.

Leveraging India's Deep Talent Reservoir

A primary driver for the Bangalore location is access to India's extensive and specialized engineering talent. The company plans to grow its team there to over 100 professionals within 18 months, hiring across engineering, AI research, and product development functions. “Our customers will see faster rollout of new threat detection capabilities, enhanced AI models, and platform improvements,” said Prasad Channabasappa, Managing Director, India at Deepwatch.

Ensuring Seamless Global Service Delivery

The modern Bangalore facility is designed for collaborative, cross-regional teamwork, connecting seamlessly with Deepwatch's operations in North America. This setup ensures that innovation is localized to leverage regional expertise, while service delivery and quality remain consistent for customers worldwide. The expansion also positions the company for further international growth, as it evaluates additional opportunities to bring cybersecurity expertise closer to customers globally.

By establishing this Center of Excellence, Deepwatch is scaling its innovation capacity to stay ahead of sophisticated cyber threats, ensuring its AI + Humans model delivers precise, timely, and effective protection for an expanding global client base.
