The new Bangalore GCC represents a strategic investment in continuous innovation. By establishing development teams across time zones, Deepwatch can operate round-the-clock development cycles. This structure is intended to significantly increase the velocity of product enhancements, new threat detection capabilities, and AI model improvements. “This expansion represents a fundamental shift in how we approach innovation—we're not just opening an office, we're creating a global development engine,” said John DiLullo, Chief Executive Officer at Deepwatch.
The center will concentrate on three key areas of development to meet evolving customer needs. First, it will accelerate generative AI development for advanced threat detection and response automation. Second, it will focus on scaling platform infrastructure to support global customer growth. This focused approach aims to deepen the platform's capabilities while maintaining the personalized service delivery that defines the company's MDR offering.
A primary driver for the Bangalore location is access to India's extensive and specialized engineering talent.
