Varonis Systems has announced the acquisition of AllTrue.ai, an AI Trust, Risk, and Security Management (AI TRiSM) company. The acquisition will integrate AllTrue.ai's capabilities for real-time visibility and control over AI systems with Varonis's data security platform, enabling organizations to see, govern, and secure AI models, copilots, and agents as they access and act on enterprise data.
