The AI-native cybersecurity leader announced the appointment of Mark J. Barrenechea, a veteran with extensive experience leading and scaling major enterprise software companies.

Mark J. Barrenechea joins the SentinelOne board with a career spanning roles as CEO, CTO, and Director at several technology leaders. His executive background includes serving as the CEO, CTO, and Vice Chairman of OpenText, along with leadership positions at SGI, Rackable Systems, and Computer Associates. His current and prior board experience includes OpenText, Avery Dennison, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, where he chairs the audit committee, providing SentinelOne with deep governance and scaling insight.
