Infobip’s enhanced partnership with HESA leverages RCS messaging to double mobile survey conversion rates for the UK’s largest Graduate Outcomes survey, improving engagement.

The Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), part of Jisc, has partnered with global cloud communications platform Infobip to enhance response rates for its Graduate Outcomes survey, the UK’s largest annual social survey. By adopting a Rich Communication Service (RCS) and mobile-first approach, Infobip has significantly improved HESA’s mobile survey conversion rates compared to traditional SMS. The survey, which collects feedback from over 900,000 recent graduates annually, is critical for shaping UK higher education by capturing graduate experiences to improve university programs.
