  • Submer acquired Radian Arc to integrate its carrier-embedded GPU edge computing platform with Submer’s InferX NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) platform, forming a dual-plane, sovereign, telco-grade AI cloud solution.
  • The combined footprint now covers North America, Europe, the UK, India, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, with Radian Arc already deployed across 70+ telecom and edge customers and thousands of GPUs in operation.
  • Radian Arc’s technology embeds high-performance GPU compute directly inside telecom networks, supporting low-latency workloads such as cloud gaming and AI while ensuring true data sovereignty through in-country processing and telco billing integration.
  • The acquisition brings Submer a diversified, long-term customer base with proven, monetizable use cases, strengthening its position as a single accountable partner for end-to-end AI infrastructure.
  • Submer’s full stack now includes a complete AI cloud business unit, end-to-end design and build capabilities for modular AI datacenters, deep liquid cooling and IT expertise, and access to over 5GW of land and power pipelines across key regions.
  • The move accelerates delivery of sovereign AI infrastructure, combining Submer’s ten years of liquid cooling leadership with Radian Arc’s edge platform to support scalable, energy-efficient AI factories.

Completing the Full-Stack AI Cloud Vision

Submer, a global leader in AI infrastructure, has acquired Radian Arc Operations Pty Ltd to create a comprehensive, sovereign AI cloud offering that bridges core datacenter capacity with distributed edge compute. This strategic move unites Submer’s InferX platform—launched earlier as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner—with Radian Arc’s proven carrier-embedded GPU infrastructure, delivering high-performance, low-latency AI services directly within telecom networks.

Radian Arc’s platform is already operational with more than 70 telecom and edge customers worldwide, powering thousands of GPUs for real-time applications such as cloud gaming and AI workloads. By embedding compute inside carrier networks, it ensures data remains processed locally, preserving sovereignty while leveraging telco systems for billing and operations.

“This acquisition of Radian Arc completes our full-stack cloud infrastructure,” said Patrick Smets, CEO at Submer. “Bringing Radian Arc together with InferX, our AI operations and delivery platform, forms a dual-plane, sovereign, telco-focused cloud offering that is highly competitive in today’s AI datacenter market.”

“We have built our platform in close cooperation with our customers and partners, allowing us to develop a powerful model that demonstrably works at scale,” said David Cook, CEO at Radian Arc. “By joining Submer’s established partner ecosystem, we are now in a position to accelerate delivery of sovereign AI infrastructure faster and with lower latency to telecoms operators worldwide.”

Building End-to-End AI Infrastructure

The acquisition enhances Submer’s ability to serve as a single accountable partner for AI infrastructure, spanning:

  • A unified AI cloud business unit combining InferX (NCP), Radian Arc’s sovereign edge capabilities, and AI inference platforms for scalable, monetizable workloads through partner ecosystems.
  • Turnkey design and build services for modular AI datacenters, supporting hyperscale and enterprise deployments across Europe and the United States.
  • Advanced liquid cooling and integrated AI compute platforms, including system design, installation, networking, and storage.
  • Significant land and power access exceeding 5GW in the UK, USA, India, and the Middle East via partner consortiums, enabling rapid scaling of next-generation AI factories.

“Built on ten years of liquid cooling leadership, Submer has evolved into a full-stack AI datacenter provider, fully accountable from chip to operation. Joining forces with the RadianArc team and their edge compute platform is an exciting next step, further strengthening our position as the single accountable partner for end-to-end AI infrastructure,” added Patrick Smets.

This transaction positions Submer to meet surging demand for sovereign, distributed AI compute while delivering energy-efficient, high-density solutions that support telco operators and enterprises in scaling AI operations effectively.
