NTT DATA has named Seelan Nayagam as Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific, effective March 16, 2026, succeeding John Lombard. Nayagam brings more than two decades of leadership in technology services, digital transformation, and regional growth across Asia Pacific and global markets.
NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business, and technology services, has appointed Seelan Nayagam as Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific. Effective March 16, 2026, Nayagam will be based in Singapore and report directly to Abhijit Dubey, President and CEO of NTT DATA, Inc.
Nayagam brings extensive executive experience in driving digital transformation, enterprise technology services, and sustainable growth. Most recently, he led operations across Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa at DXC Technology, overseeing multi-billion-dollar revenue streams, strategic diversification, and governance while enabling modernization and resilience for Fortune 500 clients.
His prior roles include senior leadership at IBM, where he drove substantial growth and transformed sales discipline across a team of more than 20,000 in Asia Pacific Application Management, and at CSC. Nayagam’s proven ability to deliver profitable expansion and client-centric outcomes positions him to accelerate NTT DATA’s regional momentum in the AI era.
