The platform also introduces Smart Agents, digital coworkers like the "Project Manager Smart Agent," which uses intelligent reasoning to monitor progress, prioritize risks, and suggest improvements to keep teams on task.
To support large-scale deployment, Smartsheet is rolling out robust enterprise capabilities. Scenario Planning allows teams to safely model "what-if" scenarios without disrupting live projects, enabling data-driven decision-making. Portfolios provide a bird's-eye view of multiple projects with standardized templates and reporting.
