Capgemini has officially announced the closing of its acquisition of Cloud4C, a leading provider of automation-driven managed services for cloud environments. This strategic move, finalized after meeting all regulatory requirements, significantly reinforces Capgemini's leadership in the fast-growing cloud managed services market by integrating Cloud4C's hyper-automation and AI-ready platforms.

The acquisition brings Cloud4C's 1,600-strong team and its deep expertise in platform-based services with AI operations to Capgemini. This integration will enable the Group to develop industry-specific packaged frameworks, intellectual property, and generative AI solutions for cloud management and migrations more rapidly. A key strategic benefit is the acceleration of Capgemini's SAP leadership, combining Cloud4C's AI-driven cloud management for SAP RISE with the data expertise of Syniti, another Capgemini company, to offer end-to-end SAP services.
