Cornerstone OnDemand has launched Cornerstone Workforce AI, an intelligence platform for workforce readiness designed to deliver insights for leaders, skills for employees, and AI agents that simplify action. The platform integrates the Cornerstone People Graph and Cornerstone Skills Engine, powered by two decades of workforce data across 45 million users, a taxonomy of over 55,000 skills, and more than 1 billion workforce profiles.
