UKG has launched a new AI-guided user experience for its UKG Pro suite, marking a significant shift towards consumer-level usability in enterprise software. This redesigned interface, now available for customers to activate, uses personalization and conversational AI to create a unified, intuitive experience across HR, pay, and workforce management. The goal is to help users complete everyday tasks—from time-off requests to viewing pay—in just a few clicks, emphasizing speed and user satisfaction.
UKG has introduced a new AI-guided user experience for its UKG Pro suite, now available for opt-in activation.
The UX features UKG Bryte™ AI, enabling conversational search and a deeply personalized, context-driven interface.
It unifies HCM and Workforce Management into a single, consistent experience to simplify complex processes.
Over 180,000 users participated in the beta, with nearly 75% adopting the new experience.
The interface will become the default in 2026, but organizations can activate it at their own pace before then.
The announcement will be featured at the UKG Aspire 2025 conference in Las Vegas.
The core of this new experience is UKG Bryte™ AI, which moves user interaction beyond traditional point-and-click systems. Suresh Vittal, Chief Product Officer at UKG, explained, “UKG Bryte™ AI introduces a conversational interface that reimagines how people interact with workforce technology, moving beyond traditional point-and-click systems to a search- and context-driven experience that’s deeply personalized, more intuitive, and adaptive.” This approach is designed to make the platform more accessible and efficient for all users.
The rollout of the new interface is backed by the largest and most successful beta program in UKG's history. More than 180,000 global users participated, with a remarkable adoption rate of nearly three-fourths among testers. To ensure a smooth transition, UKG is allowing organizations to activate the new user interface at their own pace, providing ample time to explore its design and functionality before it becomes the default experience later in 2026.
This AI-guided experience represents a major step in UKG's mission to simplify complex workforce challenges, demonstrating a clear focus on enhancing productivity and user delight through intelligent, people-centric technology.
