WEX Inc. has strengthened its corporate governance and strategic oversight with the appointment of David Foss, the former President and CEO of Jack Henry & Associates, to its Board of Directors. The appointment, effective November 3, 2025, brings a seasoned financial technology executive with decades of leadership experience to WEX's board. The appointment increases the WEX Board size from 11 to 12 members.
Eleven of the twelve board directors, including Foss, are now independent.
