SolarWinds is leveraging Amazon Bedrock, specifically the Anthropic Claude models, to deliver conversational and context-aware AI capabilities across its platform. These include automated ticket summarization, incident correlation, and intelligent recommendations within SolarWinds Service Desk. The integration is managed through the SolarWinds LLM Gateway, which provides secure model abstraction. “Amazon Bedrock gives us a secure, scalable foundation to extend SolarWinds AI across our entire portfolio,” said Krishna Sai, CTO of SolarWinds.
In a complementary move, SolarWinds Observability SaaS now offers direct monitoring for customer workloads running on Amazon Bedrock. IT teams can visualize key performance metrics such as invocation rates, latency, token throughput, and service health through customizable dashboards and alerts. This integration is foundational to the recently announced SolarWinds AI Agent, a digital teammate built on Amazon Bedrock. By embedding Claude models via Bedrock, SolarWinds is extending this intelligence across its observability, database, and IT service management products. This creates a unified foundation built on the company's AI by Design and Secure by Design principles.
